Context : Since 2014, Iraq is facing a major humanitarian crisis: 10 million people in need, more than 3 million IDPs. The battle to retake Mosul from the so-called Islamic state could lead to a crisis of unprecedented scale with up to 1,5 million affected individuals.
ACF has been one of the leading agency in the response to the first movements of population in 2014 and has prepared a tailored strategy to respond the needs of the IDPs. Through mobile emergency response teams (MERT), ACF plans to target households where the needs are the direst. To implement its emergency programmes, ACF is looking for experienced and dedicated professionals willing to be part of one of the most massive emergency operations of our time.

Finance and HR experts
Specialists in our technical area of interventions :
Mental and Health care practices program managers
Food Security and livelihoods
Water Sanitation and hygiene promotion
Monitoring and Evaluation manager
Fixed term contract 3 to 6 months duration.
Monthly gross salary (French – US or UK contract) calculated depending on the position offered and the professional experience of the candidate + hygiene and food expenses + medical insurance and collective accommodation
The applicant :
Experience in Program management and implementation
Strong Experience in Team Management
Ability to set, manage priorities & take decisions,
Language Level: Very Good proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Ability to work on tense and volatile contexts
