Responsible for employee relations inquiries and investigations in conjunction with Director, HR.
Review all counseling statements an obtain approval for any terminations and administrative unpaid investigatory leaves. Ensures that all support documentation is completed and uploaded to the OnBase system.
Works closely with the Program Manager and the chain of command to review employee concerns and develop corrective actions to resolve the issue in a timely an effective manner.
Conducts out-processing with exiting employees and responsible for completing termination documentation.
Conducts HR orientation for newly deployed personnel (includes review of Company policies, acknowledgement forms and I-9 uploads, and benefits.
Works with program leadership to ensure first reports of injury for DBA claims are completed timely.
Coordinates ADP Performance Management process to ensure supervisors are completing employee performance reviews within 60 days of their employees Statement of Work (SOW).
Provides Front-line supervisor training to program management.
Responsible for updating personnel documentation into the OnBase system
Stays abreast on local (Kuwait) employment laws, issues, and alerts in order to support the workforce effectively.
Responsible for HR administration that may require data entry into HRIS.
BA / BS in Human Resources or applicable field.
6+ years of HR Generalist experience with strong emphasis on International Employee Relations.
Experience working with mullti-national or Global organizations
SPHR / PHR / GPHR Certification a plus
Knowledge of International laws and regulations
Must have a Valid Driver’s License and US Tourist Passport
Able to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Secruity Clearance
