The Complex/Site Supervisor (CSS) is responsible for managing all guard operations at the complex. This includes ensuring that guard posts are staffed and guards have been trained, equipped, and vetted in accordance with the contract prior to beginning work, and monitoring performance of the guard force to ensure that contract objectives are being met.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure that all posts are staffed by trained, equipped and vetted guards
Monitor performance of guards on post
Ensure contract requirements are being met.
Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned according to the needs of the customer/client
Supervisory Responsibilities: Overseeing guard force personnel.
At least ten (10) years’ prior experience as an Officer or Senior NCO or equivalent local guard force supervisory experience
Extensive experience in Guard Force operations, physical security, access control and force protection
English language proficiency (minimum of Level III)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proven leadership skills and project management skills
Ability to establish, maintain and enforce operational standards
Demonstrated effective communications skills including strong written and oral presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability and willingness to work in hostile and conflict environment
Exercise sound judgment in all areas of responsibility
Ability to maintain effective communications with individuals and agencies from diverse cultures and backgrounds including U.S. Government, host nation government and law enforcement
Maintain effective professional relationships with employees and outside individuals and agencies
Ability to understand and successfully handle various operational issues
Physical Demands: The physical demands listed below, though not fully inclusive, are that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for a long period of time. The employee is frequently required to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. The employee is occasionally required to stand; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
