The Security Management/Accountability Officer provides support in managing personnel accountability operations for all activities at the deployed location. The Contractor shall be responsible for the answering radio calls, tracking the movements of all personnel while off base, and recording these movements in our appropriate Database. The contractor will maintain logs and update records in required databases. The Contractor is also responsible for conducting accountability drills, assisting with personnel movements as needed, and work with Travel, Support, and Security to ensure the safe arrival, tracking, and departure of personnel individuals living at or transiting the site. The tasks include establishing and implementing processes for tracking, monitoring, and reporting on all personnel accountability issues. All efforts shall be closely coordinated with the responsible sponsor Security and/or Support managers. Specific responsibilities include:
The Contractor shall prepare and submit timely reports on personnel movements.
The Contractor shall maintain the applicable databases on the shared network with accurate personnel tracking data.
The Contractor shall be part of a 24/7 operation and will be required to work any shift as necessary to maintain 100% accountability of all personnel at the duty location. Shifts are 12 hours on and 12 hours off 7 days a week
The Contractor shall coordinate, collaborate and communicate with various offices t6o include travel, support and security
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Emergency Operations Centers (EOC), Base Defense Operations Centers (BDOC) or Security Operations in a deployed/austere environment required
Experience operating tactical and non-tactical communications equipment to include radios and satellite phones required
Knowledge of tactical/base defense operations
Have experience working in physical security personnel accountability in a fast paced austere/hostile fire zone.
Ability to conduct, and be proficient with, emergency procedures and accountability tracking.
Ability to accurately input basic data in appropriate databases, create reports and ensure data integrity.
Ability to conduct basic briefings on work process issues or straightforward security matters.
Proficiency in eliciting and/or analyzing basic information using established guidelines.
Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills.
Demonstrated excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and able to prioritize own work schedule to effectively meet deadlines and perform multiple taskings simultaneously.
Display professional interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with coworkers, customers, and all levels of personnel.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, and be willing and able to assume additional duties as required.
Willingness to work day or night shift
Minimum of a Top Secret clearance required
